DELIVERY INFORMATION Dotrade strives to deliver goods as quickly and precisely as possible. Read on to learn all about delivery and returns

Please note that your shipment(s) can be subject to custom inspections regardless the shipping companies. (i.e. the shipment(s) can be opened)

Once the shipment(s) has arrived in the destination country, customs duties and taxes will be charged if necessary. Those charges must be paid separately by the customer.

 

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY We provide worldwide delivery on every product. The price for delivery can be found at the checkout page depending on the purchase amount. Dotrade uses the best carriers in the business to provide fully insured service. Your items will be shipped between 3 and 14 working days, depending on the destination country.

Orders placed up to 15:00 UTC+9 (04:00 UTC) are dispatched to our warehouse in Korea within 24 hours. Overseas deliveries are started when all goods you order are stocked in the warehouse. although some orders may be delayed by security checks, particularly if delivery is not selected to the cardholder’s address or place of work. During extremely busy periods, such as just before Christmas, it may not be possible to meet this cut off time.

Tracking number(s) will be provided in your confirmation email once your order has been ready. If you place an order the products sold by several separate sellers, we may also combine them into one parcel.

 

RETURNS POLICY If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, please email hello@dotrade.com and we’ll provide you with further instructions on where returns should be shipped, and the amount you will be refunded. Returns must be made within 7 days of purchase.

* NOTE : Shipping fees are not refunded and all merchandise must be unworn and in the same condition it was received.

HOW TO RETURN ITEMS Contact us through an e-mail with order number. Products must be returned in the original box and/or packaging. If you do not have the original packaging, please let us know. We will give you the further instructions. The return address will be provided in your return confirmation email. No label is provided. Please write the address clearly on your package before bringing it to the courier of your choice. Customers are responsible for all return shipping charges. Once your return is processed, you will receive a refund for the amount paid for the returned item back to the original method of payment. Any outbound shipping charges paid will not be refunded if the order is returned. * NOTE : We are unable to offer exchanges at this time, however we do accept returns!
