This allowed us to contain over 87% of Cactus Extract in our Cactus Toner Pads. With special exfoliation ingredients such as Hamamelis Virginiana (Witch Hazel) Extract and Allantoin will effectively wash off waste and exfoliate while Centella Asiatica (Cica) Extract strengthens and heals your skin.
